Brady Thomas Rice serves as Managing Member, overseeing real estate asset management and strategic advisory services throughout North America. He brings more than two decades of experience spanning investment advisory, asset management, development planning, capital markets, and transaction execution.
Brady began his real estate career in 2004 as a licensed real estate salesperson at one of Manhattan’s largest brokerages, where he became a top producer within the residential division. His professional experience has since expanded across hospitality, retail, mixed-use, and multifamily assets throughout North America.
Under his leadership, we have advised on and executed more than $9.0 billion USD in dispositions, financings, investment sales, and strategic advisory engagements. His background includes hotel investment sales, capital markets advisory, asset sales and financing, and strategic consulting for both private and institutional capital.
Brady earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management with a concentration in Real Estate from Cornell University. He remains actively involved in professional and philanthropic communities, including Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Sigma Chi Fraternity, and Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, and serves as an emeritus board member of the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management Undergraduate Program Advisory Council.
Based in Montana, Brady enjoys skiing and spending time outdoors with his family.
