Brady Rice serves as the Managing Member of Ascension Group, overseeing real estate asset management and strategic advisory services throughout North America. Brady Rice leverages his deep industry knowledge to optimize value for clients and stakeholders.

 

In 2004, Brady T. Rice launched his real estate career as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at one of Manhattan’s largest brokerages, quickly becoming a top producer in the residential division.

 

His vast range of experience includes investment advisory, asset management, development planning, and more.

 

With his 20 plus years of real estate expertise, Brady Thomas Rice has lead the Ascension Group on hospitality, retail, mixed-use and multifamily projects across North America. Having successfully executed more than $9.0 billion USD in dispositions, financings, investment sales and advisory engagements. 

 

This specialization in full-service hotel investment sales, investment banking, asset sales and financing, and strategic consulting has allowed for the creation of many existing and new exciting projects, including some very innovative projects in Montana, Baja California and other areas throughout North America. 

 

A proud graduate of Cornell University (Class of 2007) with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management and a concentration in Real Estate, Brady Thomas Rice is actively involved in various professional and philanthropic communities.

 

Brady Thomas Rice’s affiliations include YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), Sigma Chi Fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, Emeritus board member of the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management Undergraduate Program Advisory Council at Cornell University.

 

Brady and his family enjoy skiing and spending time outdoors in the great state of Montana.
